I enjoyed Natasha's weekly Keep Fit classes (in person and by zoom) for several years at St. Peter's Henleaze Church Hall. In the one hour session she puts the class through a warmup, stretching, strengthening (with weights), and raising the heart rate, all to a variety of music, with clear instructions, guidance and ending the session with a few games for the participants. She makes herself aware of each participants abilities, weaknesses or health issues. I end each session feeling well exercised and it's FUN.

Hi - I'm Arthur and I jointly manage the keep-fit at Men at St.Peters (MASP) in Henleaze, Bristol- mostly an older group of men. Natasha has been our trainer at MASP for a number of years. She's caring, dependable and friendly and gets on with and encourages every keep-fit participant. The fitness training she provides is comprehensive, incorporating stretching, cardio, body area focus, weights, balance, pattern movement, floor exercise etc. She also varies the exercises so that it's never just the same old routine and therefore keeps everyone's interest going ... so much so that most members have been coming a long time. Simply said: Natasha is highly recommended!!
Zumba with Natasha is thrilling, fun, energetic and friendly!
Natasha opens our minds to the world around us with an assortment of music from different countries, cultures and themes. She brings so many different styles of dance movements to our sessions making us feel very much alive. It's also a great way of meeting other people too.

I was recommended to take Natasha’s Yogalates class by a number of cycling friends. Natasha has helped improve my core strength, flexibility and fitness. The class is safe and friendly, with people of different ages and abilities all getting together to improve their health and wellbeing. Five Stars .... Thanks Natasha keep doing what you do.
